Your order will be processed the same day of purchase. Shipping will usually occur the next day after your purchase. This is done to reduce the amount of wait time between purchasing and receiving your item. All orders are shipped, via USPS priority first class mail. Shipping confirmations, including tracking numbers will be emailed once orders have been shipped.
Please be sure that before submitting your order, that you verify your correct shipping address. No modifications to sizing or shipping can be made once items have been placed in queue and are processing.
The Posh Pieces is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, or general delays within the USPS system. Additionally, The Posh Pieces is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages.
Returns
The Posh Pieces does not provide refunds, but will gladly accept returned, unworn items for a merchandise credit. Additionally, we do not process cancellations under any circumstances. Please be sure to read the "size chart" listed under items if you have any questions regarding the fit of the products. If you receive an item and the sizing is not perfect for you, we will gladly issue you a merchandise credit to use towards a future purchase. Also, the merchandise credit will consist of the total value of an item and will not include shipping fees.
We will gladly accept returns for merchandise credit within 7 days of receiving your item. Returns will gladly be accepted, if the item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition. All returns must be made by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for return.
Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
**Once we receive your item and it has been inspected, a merchandise credit will be issued via email titled TPP MERCHANDISE CREDIT within 7 business days.
